A single loop (to the south) 195 km (121 miles) bike stage beginning at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed, taking in the highlights of Snowdonia and the North Wales coastline, and finishing at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed.
Starting at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed, the 55km (35 miles) run heads south west towards the beautiful village of Beddgelert, before returning to finish at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed.
