UMUK would only be cancelled should the Race Directors make the decision that the event cannot operate on the grounds of athlete welfare. This may include extreme weather conditions, events leading to athlete welfare being compromised to an unacceptable level or any other reasonably based decision.

• If the race is cancelled in full prior to the event, Ultraman UK Ltd will offer a deferral to the next UMUK event or a 90% refund
• If the race is limited on one or more days due reasons as set out, if over 75% of the race is open to be completed, then it is deemed as fulfilled. Such interpretation is entirely at Ultraman UK Ltd’s discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, this would mean that if the swim is unable to take place for any reason, but the remaining elements continue, there would be no refund/ part refund available.
• If less than 75% of UMUK is open to be completed, it is entirely at the discretion of UMUK Ltd regarding an appropriate level of compensation/ refund/ deferral to be offered to athletes.
